So I went in the bedroom, changed into shorts and a tee and asked Mel to time me. It took me 4 mins and 45 secs to go down 10x and back up 10x. That's the best I could do! By the time I was done, my thighs were ON FIRE!Of course, I asked Mel to do it after me cause the whole time I was walking I was telling him he couldn't outdo me!LOL Yeah right!!! He didn't even do the whole five mins, but it took him 2 and a half mins to do what I did!!! How awful is that?!LOL He had already put me to shame so he didn't even bother to finish the whole time!
I'm gonna see if I can do that at least once a day and work my way up. It's better than doing nothing!
ps. Excuse the look on Mel's face. He was looking into the sun!LOL (thinking WHY is she making me do this?!)

Good for you!!!!Every movement helps. That encouraged me greatly. I'm a diabetic, age 56. I must exercise.
I love reading your blog. Every day, I look at my "blog roll" and say to myself, "how's Rachel doing today?"
Much prayer...Barb
@6justmyopinion I'm glad you enjoy my blog!LOL Sometimes I wonder if people are someplace sitting around saying "Why is she still writing this mess?!" LOL
We're all "writing this mess" for the same reason....when you figure it out let me know cause I'm still not sure why I write my mess either! LOL!
Way to go girl...& try to out-do yourself each day! Turn into a competition for yourself! Maybe tomorrow you'll do 5 1/2 minutes??!!
I love the picture! The sepia tone is the best. My little man is still too young to know I post pictures of him and use his life as blog fodder.
I'm pretty sure people wonder why I still write in my blog daily - well, at least the 4 people that read aside from my mother!
